How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) I've tried restarting the game and PS4, but the problem persists. I haven't played this game in a few months so I'm not sure when the bug was introduced. Thus the mods for the first weapon in the list are the only ones that can ever be adjusted. Summarize your bug In the loadout screen (accessed from any terminal) during single player, pressing 'square' button on any weapon in the list will always result in the UI displaying and adjusting mods for the *first* weapon in the list.
